Listing your WordPress pages and posts
WP Assist can give you a quick overview of all the pages and posts on your WordPress site — useful for auditing content, planning updates, or finding pages that need SEO attention. You don't need to log in to WordPress admin; just ask in the chat.
How to list your content
Open the WP Assist chat and ask in plain English:
- "List all my WordPress pages."
- "Show me my recent blog posts."
- "Which of my pages are still in draft?"
- "Show me all published posts from the last 3 months."
- "Which pages on my site don't have a meta description?"
What WP Assist returns
For each page or post, WP Assist can tell you:
- The page or post title
- Its status (published, draft, etc.)
- The URL
- SEO information if available — such as whether a meta description or focus keyword is set
Great starting point: Listing your pages and then asking WP Assist to check the SEO on each one is an efficient way to audit your entire WordPress site without leaving the chat.
Following up on results
Once you have a list, you can ask WP Assist to act on it immediately. For example, after listing pages with missing meta descriptions, say "Write meta descriptions for all of them" and WP Assist will work through them one by one.
