How do I connect a WordPress site?
Add a site in your dashboard to get a unique API key, then install the WP Assist plugin on your WordPress site and paste the key in Settings → WP Assist. The site will connect within seconds.
Which SEO plugins do you support?
We support Yoast SEO and Rank Math. WP Assist auto-detects which is active on each site and reads and writes SEO data in the correct format for that plugin.
Do you support ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)?
Yes. WP Assist displays all ACF field groups and lets you edit text, textarea, WYSIWYG, select, radio, date, URL, email, number, and colour picker fields.
Can I give my team access?
Yes. Use the Team page to invite team members via a shareable link. Assign them as Admin (all sites) or Member (specific sites only).
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can request full account and data deletion at any time by emailing hello@wpassist.app. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Does the plugin slow down client websites?
No. The plugin only runs when a request comes in from WP Assist — it adds no overhead to your client's front-end site performance.
